Soothe Your Skin With Oatmeal

Soothe itchy skin rashes, sunburn, poison ivy and even chicken pox with oatmeal. Cut the foot off a pantyhose leg and fill it with rolled oats. Then tie a knot in the open end and hold it under the facet as you run a bath. The soothing oatmeal bath will ease your discomfort. After you are finished simply rinse out the nylon foot and save it for next time.
