Don't Toss a Rusty Tool

Before you decide to throw away that rusty trowel or other gardening tool, try soaking it overnight in cider vinegar. Wipe away the residue with a cloth, and you may find that it is as good as new. Keep your tools from rusting in the first place by placing some mothballs in your toolbox.
