For those of you in the USA, tomorrow is Thanksgiving (or as we affectionately call it, Turkey Day). So here is a great little tip about those flimsy foil pans so many of us use to roast our birds.
Try doubling or even tripling your pans. Just buy 2 or 3 of the same type of foil roasting pan. Take the labels out of them and stack them.
Not only will your bird be easier to take out of the oven, but you can be assured that there will be no messy drips from leaking pans.
