Next time you feel a head cold coming on, try this nifty little trick. Just turn on your hairdryer and breathe in the warm air. Studies show the warm air kills rhinoviruses that are working their way into your nose. In a test conducted in England, people who breathed warm air suffered, on average, half the cold symptoms than those who did not.
Set your hair dryer on hot, and hold it about 18 inches from your face, and inhale the warm air for up to 20 minute, the longer the better.
Here is a growing collection of helpful hints and tips to save you time, money and frustration! Browse by category, too!
