Ginger is an excellent remedy for migraine headaches. To make a soothing tea, pour 3 cups of water over two tablespoons of freshly grated ginger. Let it steep for 4 to 5 min. then strain it through a small sieve into a cup. You can also buy ginger teabags but they won't work quite as well as fresh ginger.
